1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

Required verification documents may include but are not limited to: government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification. You must provide requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong password and not share it with any third party;
• Notify jl1000 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

You may fund your jl1000 account using approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits specified for each payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet methods and within 10-30 minutes for bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jl1000 account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. jl1000 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and request source of funds documentation. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will be rejected and returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the withdrawal page. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15-30 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

Before processing your first withdrawal, jl1000 requires completion of account verification procedures. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks. jl1000 reserves the right to request additional documentation and delay withdrawal processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Fees and Charges

jl1000 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency different from your account currency (PHP).

You may forfeit any active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Forfeiting a bonus will result in removal of all bonus funds and any associated winnings from your account balance.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.2 Termination by jl1000

jl1000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service. Any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings from bonus abuse) may be returned to you, subject to verification and deduction of any amounts owed to jl1000.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. General Provisions

12.2 Severability
